Cajun Navy Relief was doing their first major training event. It was going to be covered by all the local media and several national media outlets. 36 hours before the event, the vendor that had promised shirts informed the organization that he couldn’t make the deadline. I called Hunter and his team went to work and found a way to make it happen. It was, single handedly, one of the greatest examples of customer service I have ever experienced. They weren’t going to let the Cajun Navy down. In 8 hours, I had T-shirts. Hunter has a reputation for getting things done, no matter the obstacle, and it is well deserved.
